The Orchestra

How do you get ……..

thinking,

active,

passionate,

creative,

proactive,

and taking the initiative employees?

If we look at an orchestra, we can see each employee as an instrument with each having their unique sound, look and effect. When all playing together you hear music flowing, with the occasional instrument highlighted to bring the score to life.

Each piece of music will have different instruments focused and spotlighted to make that piece unique and different. Each one complementing and supporting the other to ensure the sound created is a joy to be played and a joy to be heard. When one instrument is too loud and competes to be heard the music becomes painful to listen to and jars the ear.

In an organisation it’s important to allow each employee the chance to be heard, the chance to have a voice …………….

But how do we make this happen without being overcome/overwhelmed and drowned out by the one or two who believe they know what is best.

Is your company like an orchestra playing in harmony and achieving the sounds people/employees want to hear and play?

You can achieve this with your employees and your company.

Being in the right place having the feeling of calm, internal ease and peace to allow another to experience the understanding of difference and equality. Labels we have given ourselves and others fall away allowing each individual to acknowledge their own difference giving the m the feelings of depth, awareness and value in themselves.
