My Purpose…..what’s yours?

💡 I help people, in particular leaders find out how to be effective in their connections with others. They find out how to listen with their full attention, allowing for a feeling of psychological safety to be developed with individuals gaining insights, creativity and ideas they wouldn’t have expressed previously.

💡 To give space to individuals to connect and trust each other, not to judge but to allow others to think out loud, to voice their jumbled thoughts, to find clarity, and focus, to not advise, and to not tell others what to do. Give information from a place of experience (not trying to show you they are the expert but from their past experience)

💡 Showing people what it is like to really think for themselves and not be judged by what others think or tell them how to think.

💡 Creating a safe thinking environment to allow teams to flourish, to become creative and innovative. Teams and individuals will then connect, gain focus, clarity, insight and growth. Conditions are created that encourage everyone to think around issues and then collectively decide how to move forward.

💡 I help individuals set up groups independent of their own network to give them an area to find support, inspiration and a space to think out loud without judgement or interruption.

💡 I want to help stimulate the educational system to teach listening and thinking as a curriculum subject – how to really listen, without judgment and without allowing interruptions. To help recognise when social media and other forms of distraction are stealing our focus and attention, and not enhancing it.

💡 SAWUBONA – I see you, you are important to me and I value you

💡 UBUNTU – I am what I am because of who we all are

This is my purpose in life.

What’s yours?
